Upping is a consulting firm composed by a multidisciplinary team with more than 20 years’ experience in Advanced Analytics, obtained in a leading US multinational corporation environment.

Founded in 2015, as a result of the identification, by the partners, of a gap as to the availability of this type of know-how, Upping enables any Company (B2B / B2C) that has Customer activity data, to use such data to drive the development of its business.

Our partners, who work directly with the companies, are experts in Customer Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Top Management, Marketing and Strategy.

Over 25 years’ experience in Marketing Strategy, Top Management and Database Optimization in a leading multinational corporation. Director of the Portuguese Direct Marketing Association (AMD).

Responsible for Partnership Development of the international “hub” (USA and Nordic countries) and for new Customer Intelligence solutions.

Vast experience in analyzing business environments and defining data-driven approaches.

Margarida Osório


Partner at Upping since 2015.

Degree in Applied Mathematics, an expert in Advanced Analytics, Data Mining and Database Management, and a vast experience in several industries and in a multinational environment.

Responsible for the Analytical Hub in the context of developing Customer Intelligence Solutions.

Supports the business data analysis, providing solid solutions that best meet the project’s goals focused, at all times, on obtaining results.
